1. General Conditions contracting services.

2. REALIZATION OF ORDER

In order to acquire the products exhibited at www.calamburExperience.com, (Experiences, guided tours / products), it is an essential requirement to be of legal age. In the case of Experiences, if the participant is a minor, the request will be made by the parent / legal guardian. In the order questionnaire, all requested data will be filled out. The buyer must be perfectly identified for any management or post-sale consultation. The conditions of purchase, both of experiences / guided visits and products of this website, will only be valid within the Iberian Peninsula.

3. CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

The inscription in an experience / guided tour, or the order of products, will be considered managed, at the moment the buyer makes the payment and the deposit in bank account is verified. Once the payment has been verified, an informative and confirmation e-mail will be sent to the buyer, at the email address provided in the order questionnaire.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of the inscriptions or products requested, may be made by: Credit or debit card. Paypal account. Wire transfer. With the aim of giving maximum security to the payment system, Calambur Experience uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential data is transmitted directly and in an encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. The SSL encryption system that we use confers total security to the transmission of data through the network. The data of the buyer, enjoy total confidentiality and protection. The data on the credit cards are not registered in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale) of our financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if that entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we can not formalize the order. Calambur Experience reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and take the measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order), against any anomaly detected.

5. STOCK BREAK

If, at the time of placing the order, no stock of the requested product is available, the shipment of the order would be conditioned to the availability of the product, and the delivery time would be the usual, from 48 to 72h, but from the reception of the product in our warehouse. 6. SENDING ORDERS

The shipment of the products requested by the buyer, will be sent to the address indicated on the purchase form, by courier service (Envialia), within 48 to 72 hours, provided stock is available. 7. SHIPPING CHARGES

8. DELIVERY OF ORDERS

It will be understood that the delivery of the product / consumables order has been produced, from the moment the buyer signs the receipt thereof, at the agreed delivery address.

9. RETURN POLICY

Calambur Experience guarantees that all products / consumables that appear on its website, enjoy all the quality guarantees offered by the original supplier. The instructions for the correct use and installation of the product, as well as the warranty documentation included by the manufacturers, are required by the buyer, and ignorance of this fact does not exempt him from his responsibility and compliance. The maximum period to make a return of consumable product is 15 days from receipt. In case of experience / guided tour, in no case the refund of the registration will be made.

You can not keep the amounts paid for daily insurance of Experience / guided tour or rain, as they are only for 24 hours. 10. GUARANTEE OF THE ACQUIRED PRODUCTS

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the manufacturers of the products marketed by Calambur Experience respond to the lack of conformity that they manifest themselves within a period of two years from the delivery of the product. The photographs and texts reproduced in Calambur Experience refer to the Experiences / Guided tours organized by Rutas Calambur C.B, which is legally constituted for the management of events and complies with all the necessary protocols for the development of this activity. Consumable products of general use of first brands of total guarantee are also exposed, for the use of the participants in their events.

Calambur Experience can not be held liable for damages, whatever their nature, both material and non-material or corporal, that could result from an operation or improper use of the commercialized products. Calambur Experience can not be held responsible for the possible modifications made to the consumable products marketed by the manufacturers of the same.

Calambur Experience can not be held responsible for non-compliance, in case of stockouts, unavailability of products, or causes of force majeure, such as interruption of activity due to floods or fire, or delay in the delivery of orders due to total strike or partial use of postal services and means of transport or communications. In case of Experiences, Calambur Experience has the obligatory civil liability insurance coverage for events and active tourism. In the event of a dispute, the client may, in the first instance, go to Calambur Experience to reach an amicable resolution.
